Designed by Skrivo, the inspiration for the initial concept came from tailoring to create a more comfortable chair. As its name suggests, the design is inspired by a shirt. The original version’s arms fold over, just like a button-down collar, whereas the Mao edition sports a compact mandarin-style band, ideal when looking to fit more chairs around a table.
